Click on the "Portrait" tab on the player's profile to view the portraits you have collected. You can use a fully collected portrait by clicking the "Use" button below the portrait.

If you do not see the "Use" button below a portrait in your player profile, it means that you have not fully discovered that portrait yet. You need to keep playing portrait events to discover and use it.
